Jadine Phillips

Jadine Phillips is a vibrant and energetic yoga instructor at Infinity, where she leads classes focusing on Power Yoga and Yoga Fit. 

Jadine’s passion for yoga began during her years as a fighter when she used yoga as a tool for enhancing flexibility and balance while preventing injuries. Her transition to full-time yoga instruction was driven by her desire to share the physical and mental benefits of yoga with others.

In her classes, Jadine combines her knowledge of body mechanics with traditional yoga principles to create challenging yet accessible sessions for her students. She is particularly skilled in modifying poses to accommodate all skill levels, ensuring that each class provides both novice and experienced yogis with a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
